Terms of Service

        These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Forge, provided by SSForge AI LLC ("Forge," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Forge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
      

1. The Service

Forge is an AI-powered project builder that accepts natural language descriptions and uses a multi-agent AI system to produce functional software projects. Forge is operated by SSForge AI LLC, a California limited liability company.

The service is available at app.ssforge.cloud. These Terms apply to all users, including free (Spark) and paid (Builder, Pro) plan subscribers.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use Forge. By using Forge, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@ssforge.cloud if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Ownership of AI-Generated Output

        You own what you build. All code, files, and other materials generated by Forge in response to your project requests ("Output") belong to you. SSForge AI LLC makes no intellectual property claim on Output generated from your prompts.
      

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Output complies with applicable laws, including reviewing it for correctness and any potential third-party IP issues before deploying it to production.

Forge retains ownership of the platform itself — the interface, agents, orchestration system, and all underlying infrastructure — which are not part of any Output delivered to you.

4. Your Content & AI Training

We do not use your project prompts, build descriptions, or Output to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. Your content is used solely to provide the service to you.

Your prompts are processed by third-party LLM providers (currently Groq, Google Gemini, and OpenRouter) under their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies if you intend to submit sensitive or proprietary information.

We recommend you do not include passwords, API keys, personal data of third parties, or other sensitive information in project prompts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Forge to:

Build applications that are illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violate any applicable law or regulation
Generate malware, spyware, ransomware, or any software designed to harm users or systems
Create content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
Circumvent, abuse, or attempt to manipulate the build quota or billing system
Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI systems or platform
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' accounts
Resell or sublicense access to Forge without prior written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

6. Payments & Billing

Plans

Forge offers a free Spark plan and paid Builder ($29/month) and Pro ($79/month) plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.

Build quota

Each paid plan includes a monthly build quota (10 builds for Builder, 25 for Pro). Quotas reset on your billing anniversary date. Unused builds do not roll over to the following month.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access and your remaining quota until then.

Refunds

Builds that have been consumed are non-refundable. If you believe a build failed due to a platform error (not a change in your requirements), contact us at hello@ssforge.cloud within 7 days and we will review it.

Price changes

We will provide at least 30 days' notice via email before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Forge uses artificial intelligence to generate software. AI-generated code may contain errors, security vulnerabilities, incomplete logic, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all Output before deploying it to a production environment or sharing it with end users.

SSForge AI LLC makes no warranty that Output will be error-free, secure, complete, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party IP claims. The Forge platform is a tool to accelerate development — not a substitute for professional engineering judgment.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. We may suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SSFORGE AI LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF FORGE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SSFORGE AI LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SSForge AI LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of Forge, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) any application or product you build using Forge Output.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@ssforge.cloud. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of a verified deletion request, subject to legal retention obligations.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@ssforge.cloud and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of Forge after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
